The Spirit of Health is a book I wrote that encompasses as much of my wisdom teachings as I could fit in!  Fundamentally it is about self-care, literally from your mind down to your toes—and this includes your spirit.  SOH teaches how to thrive, how to feel good, how to be and feel safe, and so much more.  Self-care encompasses Seven Essential Elements for Optimum Health: Air, Water, Nourishment, Sleep, Movement, Cleanliness, and Peace.  While the Movement chapter teaches about yoga, the entire concept of yoga is about union and connection, and that is what The Spirit of Health is all about. 

This website is new, and currently Cindy is in the process of relaunching The Spirit of Health, as well as the yoga audio Twice a Day Every Day with Cindy Gray.
